  Built a web platform for microbiological simulation (gas-liquid reactors) to decouple research calculation algorithms from the UI and protect proprietary scientific code.

    • Designed an interactive drag-and-drop flow-map builder using xyflow (react-flow) to configure reactors (PFR), phases, species, feeds, and material flows.
    • Developed data pipelines serializing flow topologies into XML schemas for the scientific computing engine.
