- **Senior Researcher at University of Luxembourg** (2017 – 2018)
- **Research Fellow at the Lichtenberg Kolleg at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen** (2013 – 2016)
  I worked as a research fellow at the Lichtenberg Kolleg in the project The diaries of Anne Frank. Research—Translations—Critical Edition.
  
  This project is a collaboration between the Lichtenberg Kolleg at the Georg August Universität Göttingen and the Fritz Bauer Institute in Frankfurt. It involves a new historical-critical edition of the diaries in Dutch, English and German as well as an accompanying multi-author research monograph. I am responsible for the annotations of the new edition as well as involved in planning the monograph for which I will contribute a chapter on wartime Yiddish diaries.

- **Web developer/ researcher at Huygens ING (KNAW)** (2011 – 2013)
  I was the developer of the new version of the Dutch history portal Historici.nl. In addition I organised a workshop on digital history and edited a special issue of BMGN
  \- Low Countries Historical Review on digital history (to be published in december 2013). I also developed and taught a course on digital history for Huygens ING and NIOD employees (with my NIOD colleague Hinke Piersma).
