  July 08, Project Coordinator of a 3 year EU project, epSOS, (Smart Open Services for European Patients), Budget 23M Euro, Coordination of 12 Member States and 27 Beneficiaries delivering a practical Patient Summary and ePrescription Pilot in Europe. Managing the entire project, Chairing the Executive board, reporting to the steering board, official spokesperson in media and grew it into a 5 year, 37M Euro project with 25 nations and 50 Beneficiaries and an industry team of 35 companies led by IHE. Working with Standards & profiling  and the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) domains Policy, Legal, Organisational, Technical and Sematic. We collected existing requirements as well as identifying new needs to create an interoperable pan european eHealth system based primarily on the Patients right's directive.
