- **Chunky Guys** — https://chunkyguys.com (Feb 2023 - Present)
  • Designed and built a React Native social app for iOS and Android, forked from and tracking the open source Bluesky app, for a community I have run since 2016.
  • Built the supporting platform in Rust, including push notifications via APNs, media messaging backed by object storage, and session management and DPoP OAuth.
  • Shipped to the App Store and Play Store with localisation, plus full observability, CI/CD and zero downtime deployment on European cloud infrastructure.
- **Trainabout** (Aug 2016 - Jul 2021)
  • Built and shipped a cross platform CRM for personal trainers on iOS and Android as the sole developer, teaching myself Xamarin from scratch over four years of evenings and weekends.
  • Delivered detailed client record keeping, a workout plan builder, progress and measurement tracking, and built-in BMI, BMR and skinfold-based body fat calculators.
  • Designed it local first, with the structure in place to extend to a backend, a companion client app with an integrated payments flow so trainers can take payment without handling cash.
