Extended this into App SDK and MCP Apps UI frameworks, enabling seamless integration of identity experiences within agentic workflows. MCP Explorer — Created MCP Explorer to help Ping SEs understand how MCP Clients and Servers behave, and where OIDC standards enable authentication and authorization for AI agents — building internal expertise at the frontier of agentic identity. AI-Driven Fraud Detection — Built a testing framework for the Ping Protect product team to validate in-development capabilities for detecting AI-based bots, helping ensure identity security keeps pace with AI-powered threats.   • Developed tools and process to migrate 60,000 POP \ Webmail mailboxes from 5 other providers to the Comcast HMC platform.
  • Designed and deployed new architecture for the service to address Exchange 2007 scaling issues. Worked closely with vendors and internal teams to explain the requirements and adopt the correct hardware \ network \ software \ operations to deliver the service.
  • New design based on Units that can scale independently to 20,000 Customers and 50,000 mailboxes, and 2,500 SharePoint Site collections. Reduced hardware cost per mailbox by 80% while providing redundancy and scalability.
