## About

Academic background: BS in Electronics Engineering and MS in Industrial Management.

I have been involved in health IT for almost two decades. I currently work with the Andalusian Health Service where I manage the governance and quality department under the CIO.

This comprises several IT domains: interoperability, data analytics and governance, software architecture and QA. I manage over 40+ people, both internal staff and contractor teams.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish.

My main professional interests are healthcare information systems, data governance, advanced analytics, eHealth standards, systems design and operations management.
