## Projects

- **Rivet** — https://github.com/bdbch/rivet (May 2026 - Present)
A open-source rust-based changelog and version bumping tool similar to other tools like Changesets.
- **Tiptap Tracked Changes** — https://tiptap.dev/docs/editor/extensions/functionality/tracked-changes (Oct 2025 - Present)
Tracked Changes & Suggestion Mode was one of the most requested features for Tiptap. I was tasked to find a solution and build it. Handling Changes between Documents in ProseMirror is not easy but I found a way to make this work really reliably and customizable.

It included rewriting ProseMirror based Transactions into Tracked Transactions, analyzing them and extracting the meaning out of Transaction Steps - which then in turn could be used to apply those changes as suggestions on top of the existing document.
- **Tiptap Comments** — https://tiptap.dev/product/comments (Jan 2025 - Present)
I was tasked to build the Comments integration for Tiptap. This included working on Collaborative documents with Yjs and implementing Comment and Thread structures into collaborative ProseMirror documents.

The feature rolled out to our customers at Tiptap and is steadily continued to be developed up to this day.
- **Devcord** — https://devcord.com/ (Jun 2018 - Jun 2021)
A Development & Software Engineering Discord Community I founded in 2018 and lead up to 2021 which grew up to a medium-sized community of around 15000 users.
